2015 AUDI RS3 Project Car - Intro

At Motomuck we always have a few projects on the go, and this is the latest addition as of August 2024.

We purchased a 2015 Audi RS3 8V, 5 Cylinder Turbo as a long term Motomuck project. 

The very long term plan is for this cars 5 Cylinder engine to be used in a 1989 Coupe Quattro rolling body that we have. But in the meantime we thought it would be great to get the RS3 up and running and to be used as a track car, for staff at Motomuck as well as customers to try out.

 

 

 

Unfortunately this car had a little fire inside. The windscreen is cracked and the dash, door panels and controls have had some damage. 

Luckily the fire was put out pretty quickly, and the wiring all still seems in good condition.

 

 

 

 

The very long term project will involve stripping the RS3 for its 5 Cylinder engine, and install it in the Coupe Quattro below, using a 6 speed manual gearbox.
